Shipping:
Signature’s will be required upon receiving the handpan.
All Handpans will be well packaged with Styrofoam.
Return Policy
Before shipping your order, we will send you a sound sample for your approval. Returns due to dissatisfaction with the instrument’s sound or characteristics will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event that your instrument arrives damaged during transport, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. If your refund application is approved, you will need to return the instrument, properly packed, along with all contents. Since we use a styrofoam-padded box from our shell supplier, damage during transport is highly unlikely unless the box is visibly torn or crushed.
If the package is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the damage and include it as proof when submitting your refund request.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility in all countries.
*Customized Handpan is not refundable.
